Serving Henessy

Henessy is being true to her name, which is derived from the famous brand of Cognac, akin to the age-old tradition based on the selection of the finest of grapes. Like the finest of cognacs Henessy is standing at the bar – in a deserted pub that no one seemingly visits anymore.

She is a woman in waiting, pretending not to look at the door. She only sees it peripherally. She does not have to look, she can sense if the right person walks through. Every bone in her body tells her he is the one as he comes to the bar and orders “Henessy”.

They catch a glimpse of each other and start talking. The next thing she knows, the night is filled with passion and she is no longer standing at the bar by herself.
